Germany vs Argentina
International Match
7:45pm Wednesday 9th October

Signal Iduna Park
(Att: 45197)

Argentina produced a fantastic second-half comeback to draw 2-2 in Signal Iduna Park with Germany in an international friendly.
To use the wonderful soccer cliche, this is a match of 2 halves, as Germany raced into a two-goal lead. Serge Gnabry (15) continued his latest form with the opener until Kai Havertz (21) scored his first global goal to give Germany a seemingly comfortable 2-0 lead.
But with plenty of rapid turnovers in the period, Germany seemed to operate out of puff in the next half since Argentina fought back. Lionel Scaloni produced some motivated substitutions since Lucas Alario (61) pulled one back for the visitors not long after coming before Lucas Ocampos (85) levelled things up on.
While Argentina play another friendly, travelling to Estonia live on Sky Sports, germany will soon be back in Qualifiers action on Sunday.
