Monday afternoons meeting at Pontefract was abandoned because of a waterlogged track.
An inspection that was early was survived by the course on Sunday however issued a proviso that any further rain would place the meeting in jeopardy.
Unfortunately with further rain totalling nearly five millimetres on Sunday night, the trail would take and it had been waterlogged in areas.
Since only September 22 and rain is predicted during Monday in total over 129 millimetres has fallen.
Pontefract has one fulfilling in 2019, its own season finale on October 21.
